They have an on campus and off campus house, brothers are really tight with each other and actually have a pledge process. Definitely top tier.

Small, close-knit brotherhood. They may be exclusive with their numbers, but they have an off campus house, meaning they party HARD. Awesome relationship with their alumni. They will come to parties, buy you drinks, play BP, and have chill convos. All in all good times.

They are all pretty attractive girls and they seem really nice. From a frat perspective, we like them the best because theyre not snobby and they are down to earth girls. They also know how to party hard and theyre fun to be around.

Hmmm a bunch of really mean and inaccurate ratings about aephi in the middle of recruitment. Seems to me like someone wasn't happy with recruitment and/or members of other sororities feel the need to bring aephi down. Girls can be so mean It is very uncool that these ppl feel the need to perpetuate completely fictitious rumors and make such awful baseless statements.

These girls are so pretty and hot!!! They rule the school but aren't the sweetest. They literally are the best house though so it doesn't matter. ROCK IT GIRLS

It's funny that people think DPHIE still wastes time with pike... Sure they'll have a mixer or 2 or old times sake but they do the majority of their events with ZBT and AEPi. Any girl with any self respect would never say that her favorite fraternity was pike.
