the SA this semester did not help them. i was at their party last night and it was so bad, do not know what happened to them. Overall, I get creepy vibes from a lot of the new members, they are going downhill so fast, it’s being carried by the good looking seniors who are graduating this semester. They are not better than DKE, ZBT, & FIJI. What a terrible PC they had this semester ew. Their parties also stink now, risky business? Find something more creative.

Wealthy. Handsome. Classy. Their house is fantastic. Biggest house for fraternities at NYU. Great location as well. The only downside is this gorgeous blond-haired kid who lives at the house named kellen who invites me to the parties, but I never see him. I did go for him, but I kept going because it's an amazing environment.

I don't know what it is about ZBT parties, but I always leave having a blast. I feel like these guys are there to have a great time. Anytime I go to Zeebs, I leave drunk as hell and happy to have gone. I did hear a story about SA but I've never ever seen it firsthand.
