Aephi is a good chapter. They care about their philanthropies, are so involved with NYDM, have a solid sisterhood and social life, and overal have a good reputation on campus. Their lack of diversity is a problem, but from what I’ve heard from friends of mine in aephi, they are taking steps to improve upon that.
