Okay, let's get real. After this past year taken into account and each chapter's advances/falls, our NEW tier system (this was tough, don't get me wrong!):
Top Tier (no specific order): SAE, Sigma Chi, Kappa Sigma.
Middle Tier (no order): Pike, Lambda Chi, Pi Kapp.
Lower Tier: Phi Delt, AGR, ATO, TKE.
