Dislike. Their parties go way past their approved cut off time and decibel limit.They trash the surrounding neighborhoods. Their parties have led to vandalism in a few cases.

Very friendly and complete gentleman. I have never once felt unsafe or uncomfortable around them and they always make sure it's the same for every female they have around them.
