Here's some truth for you fellas: 1. You guys aren't elite, yalls fraternity will take anyone with a pulse cool, or not. 2. Ok you guys finally have a house. But you're probably renting it from some 90 year old lady. Also your fire code will be about 10 so good luck throwing parties. 3. Sig ep won't even throw parties with yall and that's saying something. 4. You guys aren't even remotely close to running anything. Pike, sigma chi, and chop have left y'all in the dust.

Lol to the comment below. You have to stay around sig eps or alpha sigma phi. THEY ARE NOT REAL FRATERNITIES. Sig Ep only cares about awards and Sigma Phi will give a bid to anything with a pulse. Sigma Chi is the best PIKE is secong. And lambda Chi a close third. REAL FRATERNITIES
