Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Morehead State University - MSU 4.4 THETA CHI THROWS THE BEST PARTIES. I've been here for four years, went to all parties. My all time favorite party is the red, white, and booze. Everyone should attend when possible. If you a hater, stay away.
