In my opinion one of the best, they have a great house that just got tons of renovations. Unfortunately they haven't been throwing parties due to the $$$ they just put in the house.

House looks good, not all that involved in Campus and a little selective with their membership. Only Fraternity on campus with a pet (dog named Spuk).

Kappa Sigma is the closest house to campus. Looks good after the remodel. Brotherhood is great and the guys are very nice. Parties at the house have seemed to slow down, as live out parties have increased.
