I don't know what you're saying about retention. They recruited 20 pledges and initiated 18 brothers. That's 90%. Besides, not everyone who pledges is cut out to initiate.

Nice guys but still have a long ways to go to be the best chapter. Don't have good retention rates with new members either which hurts them every year. Not involved either, but they try hard.

Well said vice president. I'm sure there are decent guys in this fraternity, but the people they have representing them just ruin their name. That and trying to ruin everyone else's good time will not make them more popular. Not a real fraternity, no pledge process, just sign a piece of paper and your in. Called Sigma Phi Everyone on other campuses, because everyone can join.

A very diverse mix of guys in this house. Some are very involved on campus, kind, and overall great guys. BUT there are some that really missed the title of "gentleman". I know many girls of been offended by some of these guys. BUT there are some very nice and respectable men as well.
