I think the ones you met aren't very representative of the rest of the chapter at MIT. While there are a handful of the people you mentioned (I think every sorority has a few of these outliers), they are all incredibly warm and engaging, and probably some of the greatest friends that you will meet in your college career.

Alpha Chi Omega - ΑΧΩ Sorority at Massachusetts Institute of Technology - MIT 3.6 The bottom sorority. Half "good girl" type, half chubby white girls. This is the ideal house for introverts, since the sisters are very welcoming and motherly. Out of all the sororities, they are the most involved in their philanthropy. They party the least out of all the sororities and actually enforce the "dry house" policy. I've never met a mean AXO.

The bottom sorority. Half "good girl" type, half chubby white girls. This is the ideal house for introverts, since the sisters are very welcoming and motherly.
