advice

1) can you give me some advice on rushing a sorority?
2) what do you talk about the first couple days. The websites all day "small talk" but what do you exact talk about?
3) if you have a good Gpa, have an open mind with all of the houses, and you are yourself will you most likely get a bid?
4) is rushing as a sophomore hard? Are you less likely to get a bid if you do?
