is sorority rush here competitive?

I'm just curious how competitive it is here, and if it's necessary to get recs?

So when you rush here, if your high school GPA was above 3.0 you can get into a house. Now, if you would like to get into a “top tier” house, you’re gonna need either a kick-ass recruitment resume or a rec. not saying you can’t get in a top house without those, but it’s going to increase your chances immensely.
