It’s normal, I have a couple sophomores in my pledge class and no one really sees them any different. Make sure your college gpa is decent because they’re goung to look harder at that than your high school stuff. Same for activities or clubs.

Yeah it’s normal. I rushed this Spring as a sophomore and a lot of people in my class were both freshman and sophomores. There was even a junior.
Pretty much, a lot of people rush as freshman but a lot of people wait a year to get a feel of college and to see if they can handle it. No worries!

Thanks for asking this! I also am transferring this fall as a sophomore and was planning on rushing but was lowkey intimidated at the thought. I have a 3.0 is that good enough? Or should i not even bother?

You’re fine! Most sororities require a 2.75 so as long as you’re academics are good nd you fit their values, you’ll get a bid! Just talk to the girls and you’ll get a feel of where you belong! Also Xi Omicron Iota does their reqruitment about a month after the other sororities!
