xi om sorority rank

What are some opinions on Xi Om?
Are they invoked?
Is it a hard sorority to get in?
Sisterhood?
Are they relevant?

Nice girls & really hard workers when it comes to stuff like hock/Greek week, but no not hard to get in at all. It's a local chapter rather then a national chapter meaning Missouri state is the only campus with Xi Om. That being said, most girls going through recruitment are wanting a national chapter which is why they're not always on rankings (on this site) and anyone can join. Lots of great, accepting girls in there though
