new fraternities

Why does IFC keep bringing in all these new fraternities that just stay small instead of doing what PHA does and allow them to get better established before allowing more. It seems like There are a few big fraternities and a bunch of small ones that no one cares about.

I agree. It's honestly annoying seeing all these new additions. We already have plenty of chapters. It's flooding the market
