How in the world did Sig ep get chapter of the year, considering they are on probation?

Because they basically own IFC

They got on probation in 2017, they won chapter of the year for the 2016 year. Also they dont "own" IFC. they only have one member in but he is the president of FSL lol But SigEp's numbers through philanthropy and other various contributions helped with their win.
