delta chi getting a house?

I've heard rumors that Delta Chi is getting a house on Elm. The apartments in between us and Sigma have been getting renovated since a week or so ago and I've seen a group of DChi's there with the guy who owns Greek row in many occasions. The entire outside of the building looks completely different. What do you think this will do for their chapter?

I have heard the same and think it is pretty much confirmed.. This will probably give them a good start, but it will still take them a while to rise.

They have already started to rise! Their Fall 16 pledge class nearly doubled their chapter, and their Springs are looking good too!

Yeah this won't do anything for their chapter. A chapter is nothing without a house but a house does not make a good chapter

They are just a renting a small apartment complex out not their own house

11,000 sq ft is considered small? Bigger than most of the fraternity houses

@common sense, It's is very small for an apartment complex, yes. Maybe a tad over average for other houses on campus.
