Hello,
I am transferring to MSU in the spring and wanting to join a sorority through informal recruitment! I was wondering what is the GPA requirement and what are things the sororities look for?

Any info would help!

1. Not every sorority does spring recruitment... It all depends on if they met their quota during fall rush, if girls dropped, and if any COB went on.

2. GPA requirement is AT LEAST a 2.5, but that can still get you cut.

3. Involvement, conversation, and personality matters the most.

4. It's good to know the girls in the house during informal rush, you're more likely to get a bid that way.

Usually not many bids are given out during informal rush. Make sure you know some girls in the houses, have great convos and you should be good.

Usually a new chapter will have COB, so I would imagine the Alpha Omicron Pi will be doing COB
