Probably not, but I would email PHA to check. In the past Gamma Phi has done COB but since they had a good recruitment I don't think they need to this year

If you are interested in COB you should contact PHA right away. The houses that are under "total" (which is basically an average) are allowed to take girls in COB (as long as they did not turn down a bid). This could be a couple of girls done very informally, to having an event with 20+ girls attending.

The twist on this situation is the AOPi colonization. COB is normally done informally a few weeks after recruitment. However, PHA is requiring that any COB be done pretty quickly before the colonization of AOPi.

If you are close with someone in a house, ask them (...I would not just approach a casual acquaintance about it). Otherwise, email PHA as soon as you can and let them know tou are interested.
