looks or personality?
by: ???How much do looks matter during recruitment? Are girls cut because they're not pretty enough... Do they base it more on personality?

From what I have seen after several recruitments, these are how I see the priorities by MSU sororities (at least the first rounds) and the main reason they will cut girls:
ADPi: Looks
SK: Looks
AXO: Both
DZ: Looks
ASA: Both
GPhi: Personality
SSS: Personality
Grades are a big reason some girls get cut early. Also, being rude or unfriendly to girls in one house can get you cut at others (...girls have friends at other houses).
Try to be yourself, but in your friendliest mose.
