Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Missouri State University - MSU 1.0 They put themselves on the bottom. They are bottom for clear and self-appointed reasons. These are the weird girls from high school whose "friendships" revolve around LITERALLY bullying each other because they were never taught how to socialize. I would know becausde I used to be "besties" with those types, before I grew UP. They had the nerve to drop really good women because they are so immature, so selfish, and so harmful for the success of FSL at MSU.

They put themselves on the bottom. They are bottom for clear and self-appointed reasons. Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Missouri State University - MSU 2.0 They managed to lose a house that wasn't even that big. They even struggle with retention against the newest chapter on campus. They've managed themselves into a downward spiral and I'm honestly not confident they'll be around much longer. XiOm is a staple to our school, has no house, and even more affordable dues. This is absolutely no slight of the members as people. But as a sorority they are not doing well and they are not changing their game, year after year. MO State is NOT Mizzou, SMU, or Indiana; they've had ample time and support to fix this.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Missouri State University - MSU 4.0 Gphi B’s are super sweet and genuine. The numbers issue is a tough one because they’ve had an ongoing bad reputation, which most people don’t really understand. I personally think it’s hard for an organization to come back because most girls join for the status.

It really has nothing to do with the girls in it, but it has to do with how unstable they are. Gphi has way way less members than every other sorority.
