Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Missouri State University - MSU 1.4 Listen, Delta Chi is not the worst chapter on campus. But they don't have a house, recruit anyone who shows up to their events, and have had issues with brotherhood. Those aren't qualities of a top 5 chapter
