They need to understand that respect is not given on this campus, it is earned. They have one of the worst reputations among fraternities because they act like they own this campus when they don't even have a house yet.

Going through recrutiment all the girls in the house were very genuine and treated you like they actually wanted you to be there. I know many girls that went through recruitment and got bids to other chapters and then dropped because they didn't feel welcome there. After I got my bid to G Phi the girls were the same down to earth and outgoing girls i met during recruitment, they didn't put on a show to get girls to join

From what I heard they basically doubled their chapter size this semester. I know many of these guys and they are awesome. It's nice to hear that these guys want positive things for our Greek community.

How could anyone think joining this chapter is a good idea. Literally no brotherhood whatsoever and after girls find out they are rude and unclassy they don't go to their parties anymore.
