love this chapter. although these classy ladies have man hands, they are the sweetest most genuine girls on campus. They know how to have fun together anywhere they go. Not dramatic at all and very down to earth. Don't get me wrong, everyone loves man hands.

If I had one word to describe Theta Chi, it would be Boy-scouts. A bunch of weird dudes trying to be frat. Far from it. House is cool, but not worth the time.

When I went into their house during rush, it was filthy and disgusting. During rush! And they are bottom tier in every category on campus.

Love hanging around pi kapp, they are fun guys who know how to have fun. I love watching them play intramural sports and hanging out at the house.

these boys always make you feel welcome at parties & have such a good brotherhood. They know how to throw fun ass parties and always have hella girls at their parties and house afterwards
