They have no one living in their house this school year. DZ is falling apart. They are definitely not the same as they were the last few years. Honestly, they have made their way down to the bottom tier in the matter of a year or two....

I love these boys. They are easily the best frat on campus, win all of the best awards, but do seem to have some competition with Delta and Theta Chi.

I have been to almost all the fraternities and I have met a lot of people at MSU. The Sigeps are a very smart and solid group of guys. In fact, out of all the fraternities they were my favorite, so... I joined them. Nevertheless, I still think everyone should check out all the frats before deciding where to rush because that’s the only way to find out who you rock with the most.\n\n\n\n\n

Reading all these top tier sorority posts is hilarious. Anyone who actually goes to msu and isn’t a dz hyping this page up knows dz is literally in shambles. Their house is sitting empty on Elm street currently. Not quite sure how they will bounce back from this one, honestly quite sad. I used to know so many girls in this chapter and now I know zero.
