Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Minnesota State University, Mankato - MNSU 4.8 From what I saw going to their party, they had a great atmosphere. My friends and I all felt very safe they had brothers watching all the doors and stairs. The house was a great set up for a good party and we had a blast. Going back for sure.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Minnesota State University, Mankato - MNSU 3.4 Strange seeing them at the top of rankings Phi Psi is only known for their parties within the Greek community. They don't seem very involved on campus. The only positive I see in them is that they are very protective of women during their parties which is good , I always feel safe . Most of the brothers are very rude.
