“To do what ought to be done, but what would not have been done unless I did it; I thought to be my duty.” - Robert Morrison I joined Phi Delta Theta 3 semesters ago and I have not regretted it once. The alumni network is one of the main points that grabbed my attention. During our founders day a recently graduated Phi Delt stood up and said he just graduated and was looking for a job. By the end of the night he had two job offers. By far the best decision I've made in college.

This House has made impressive gains. They are now one of the most visible Fraternities on campus. They have several athletes who are conditioned for competitiveness, inflated self-esteem, and abrasiveness. Which I think explains the negative comments below. But in the fraternity world we compete at how much value we bring to the school and community. Even if they don't shake your hand after the game, you can't argue that they aren't a powerful asset to MSU's Greek Community.

This House is a Rising Star. They dedicated themselves to recruitment, and it paid off. Their profile on campus has skyrocketed. They are now nipping at the heals of the top tier fraternities. If their leaders can properly manage the new members and continue the momentum into new year's recruitment season, These guys will be in the front of the pack a year from now.

This House is Top Tier because of their numbers and their campus/Greek involvement. There is no question their leaders have been outstanding. The comments below are true about the bad-eggs in their Fraternity. The advice about controlling their recruitment could be very helpful. They have to remember with success comes a high profile, and because of it they won't get away with anything.

looking from the outside, this House seems like the classic case of too few doing too much. They can't compete with the larger Fraternities with that strategy. Like every other MSU Fraternity more members will help the situation. However, they might be better off with a paradigm shift. If they change problems and obstacles to a group effort, instead of one officer's effort, then I think Teke will soon be a force to be reckoned with.

This House has a very long history of Prominance at MSU. Their members have been involved in almost every major change and evolution at this school since their founding. But recently they haven't been nearly as active as they should. This fraternity has good members to are committed to each other, but they need more strong leaders, and more dedicated followers. When this Fraternity puts its' time and energy into recruitment, they will bounce back to the front of the pack.

This House is Top Tier for without question. They have a tendency to think out-side the box and consistently come at challenges from new angles. When it works, it pays off huge. When it doesn't, they start planning something else. They have strong leaders and are involved everywhere on this campus. It's true that as of recent they have pushed away from the community and been unwelcoming to other Fraternities. If the leaders put a stronger emphasis on it, they can change that quickly.

This House has been top tier for as long as I've been at this school. They never seem to blow your mind at anything, but they are good at everything. They have a strong structured system which sustains the things they do well, but could be holding them back from innovating. These guys are very involved with campus and Greek events, as well as the city and community. Their Walk to Defeat ALS every Spring raises an insane amount of money. They put up very good numbers across the board.
