Does phi mu have a house

I heard that the phi mu girls were at the tri delta house today and i think they have a banner up. Do they live there now? Or are they just using it for recruitment? it make sendse that they’d take it since tri delta is no longer with us (rip) but i haven’t heard anything else

Yes! Phi Mu lives in what was Tri Delta’s house on Birch Street. I have no idea about the ownership of the property, but it is Phi Mu’s house as of right now, not just for recruitment.
