by: GPhiI am transferring to CSU from Fullerton where Gphi is a top house and I can't tell if it is here cause some say it is number one and some say it is dead last so what is the real deal! Thanks guys!

Do you mean in terms of grades, awards, or campus participation?
They are a pretty good house with some great gals. Since there are so few sororities here but a lot of interested girls pretty much all the houses are at cap number wise and have good campus involvement. While the top may be hard differentiate there are clear bottom tier sororities (I won't say who because that's mean), but GPHI is definitely not one of them.
