top frats and reputation

This list is based on tiers and no specific order within those tiers

Top tier:
Pi kapp: top frat on campus. Big numbers, big house, cute guys. Parties consistently good. Last few big pledge classes very average with weird guys but still maintain an good rep on campus.

SAE: big fraternity and throw very big parties, arguably the best ones out of every one on this list. Pretty hot but very douchey and will always be #2 unless they can manifest a house. Good overall

Phi tau: obviously arguable because of how they shot themselves in the foot this past year, but theyre still here. Throw the best dartys on campus. Numbers will affect them but still a big threshold from them and the next tier

Upper middle:
Phi delt: Although these guys are normally known as nerds on campus they definitely have made an improvement from years past. They have had better pledge classes than the latter and still maintain a huge history at csu. Still have a handful of weird dudes and dont throw parties, though.

Kappa sig: some may consider them top tier, but these guys will literally bid anyone that shows up to their rush events. They maintain a name on campus solely because of size and throw decent parties at best. Some cool guys, but a lot of creepy weird ones.

Sig chi: spend the most time on this website. They throw good parties sometimes, but dont know how to handle it and get shut down more often then not. They still have a shot at top tier next year but we’ll have to see. Guys are alright

Sig nu: took a pretty big hit this year losing their house. They are trying so so hard to compete with the houses ahead of them but it just never works out for them. Good recent pledge classes and alright guys.
