Fair enough, but people will always argue over exact positions. So best to do it as general tiers (no ranks within the tiers, changes based on who you ask/ year to year):
Top: SAE PiKapp
Upper: SigChi KappaSig
Middle: SigNu PhiDelt ThetaChi Fiji
Lower: SigmaPi AlphaSig AGR
Bottom: PhiKapp SigEp the rest...
