fraternities to rush

If you're looking to join a fraternity that has a significant impact at CSU you need to join Phi Tau, SAE or Pi Kappa Phi. None of the others really do enough to be worth your time. Those three are the only ones that resemble fraternity life at big greek schools.

What do you define as significant impact? Like are they the most frat (which I agree) or like they make the most impact on campus as a whole through philanthropy, student government, etc.?
