You're honestly less likely to get in during fall. It's definitely not impossible, but I would do spring if I were you. You get a chance to really get a feel for the chapters. Its different every year, but four chapters participate each spring. Last spring, it was Kappa Delta, Tri Delta, Theta, and Zeta. Do yourself a favor and go to each chapter. Judge them on your own experience, not stupid rankings.
