pros and cons
by: Rat
Top frats (in no order)
SAE: pros- lots of parties and really dope party houses. Cons- no pledgeship, pretty much a social club. No brotherhood whatsoever
Kappa Sig- really cool parties, fun nice guys. Very big numbers. Cons- brotherhood, attend two rush events and get a bid, some weirdos
Sigma chi: pros- very traditional fraternity, great brotherhood with wild and rowdy guys who love to have fun. Cons- always in trouble with the school, (like they are now) never makes grades. A lot of guys suspended recently by their nationals. Could be a destructive environment depending on how you look at it.
Phi tau: pros- very popular with the younger csu generation, not too big but also not too small. Very rowdy and fun parties. Cons- newer fraternity, some try hards and not very traditional, very full of themselves.
Pi kapp: pros- very frequent parties, very recognizable letters. Huge numbers. Great relationship with sororities. Cons- past few pledge class have fell off a bit, lack of brotherhood. Pledges ride longboards to class
