Overall, this is a great group of guys. As a girl who is not associated with any sorority, they have always been welcoming and respectful to me and my friends. Not sure why they are getting bashed for classy/friendliness. Clearly few girls didn’t get the attention they wanted and all made a point to come on here To give these guys a bad name. They do a great job of balancing their priorities and definitely have a “work hard play hard” attitude. They care so much about their philanthropy and the kids that they support. Not to mention the best parties on campus and most fun formal I’ve ever been too.

i, along with everyone in greek life, would all agree and say Pi Kappa Phi is the top house on campus. other fraternities, bad mouth them, but that's all because they're jealous! overall great group of guys!

As an observant bystander who has served CSU's Greek Life(as a whole) and participated in myself, I am going write as unbiased a review as I can. Pi Kappa Phi has been "top house" at CSU for roughly the last 7 years. However, dynamics in the hierarchy are changing as they always do and always will. No house can stay top house at a school forever. With that said, they still share the top tier with a few others but are on the decline. IMO there hasn't been a clear "top house" for the past year or two. Fraternities that are going through stages like this need to think back to how they once got there and how they can change the momentum of where they are going.
