This chapter and a couple others are definitely fighting for top house. The only reason for this is because pi kapp has a house and a large chapter size. Other then that their brotherhood is terrible. If you peaked in high school this is the frat for you.

Don’t be fooled, everyone talking down on SAE is either going off rumors of other chapters or is one of the geeds who didn’t get let into a party. Ask anyone that actually hangs out with these boys what they think of them if you want a genuine answer.

Not the most popular guys on campus, slightly smaller southern/ farmer type. Haven't quite made it to the ranked tiers yet, but I know some people who really like these guys. Never seen them around campus or really doing much though.

As an observant bystander who has served CSU's Greek Life(as a whole) and participated in myself, I am going write as unbiased a review as I can. Pi Kappa Phi has been "top house" at CSU for roughly the last 7 years. However, dynamics in the hierarchy are changing as they always do and always will. No house can stay top house at a school forever. With that said, they still share the top tier with a few others but are on the decline. IMO there hasn't been a clear "top house" for the past year or two. Fraternities that are going through stages like this need to think back to how they once got there and how they can change the momentum of where they are going.
