They're obviously up-and-coming. The guys are pretty chill and not creepers. Still pretty small but that's why they're growing.

I am not in Greek life at Csu but I have to say this frat is bad news. I've attended only one of their parties and think these guys are douches. They seem to have a good brotherhood however it doesn't seem to matter much because many of their members make asses of themselves on a regular biases. This frat is a stereotypical bad fraternity.

Some of these girls party and some don't. They seem to have a lot of fun and are pretty well known on campus for being nice ladies.

These girls are hot and like to party but that's the end of the story right there. I have a couple girls in zeta like I really like but that's because they aren't the typical zetas. your sisterhood is awful. you've lost like 50 members in less than a year. if you want to party, join this house. if you want friends you can count on… rethink that.

Honestly why are they so high ranked? They throw a lot of parties, and are nice guys... but they've been headed down hill for so long.
