All of recruitment is sort of superficial, but Kappa seemed especially fake. Got to round three, but I did not find a real connection with any woman I talked to. They all stuck to the same script.

A very one note sorority. All of the members are the same. Didn't like this house during recruitment. It was cramped (even more than the other houses) and two bragged about how they were the best sorority on campus. I just remember hearing "Kappa is the best sorority at CSU. We have the best house AND the best chef." Of course you should love your sorority, but talking about how you are the best is insulting to the other chapters on campus during recruitment. It makes you look petty and entitled

I think a lot of kappas problems have to do with their current seniors. The seniors now are incredibly fake and not present when they're needed in the chapter. Maybe after they graduate kappa will have a better chapter.

Always desperate for members and looking to increase their numbers. They seem to care more about numbers than the actual women they give bids to, which is very apparent when half the pledge class drops before initiation. It's hard to find a place when no one really fits in. People keep to themselves and are desperate to please instead of just acting like individuals.

I was so disappointed in meeting zeta girls. I met a few around campus before recruitment and was sure that zeta was going to be the sorority that I joined. I met more (some of the same ones) while I was at football games and the zetas were DRUNK. Not just intoxicated, but completely plastered. They talked about fighting people and one had her hand down some guy's pants. It was so embarrassing to watch.

Very antisocial with other sororities and fraternities. Sort of the loner sorority. They keep to themselves and sometimes even seem uncomfortable interacting with each other. They seem nice, but don't seem to want to be involved with CSU or in FSL.

I'm in Sigma Alpha. We worked with Tri Delta for FS Fest (Greek week) in 2016 on team Hawaii. They were the absolute nicest people. They had all of us and the fraternities we were paired with over for a barbecue and were super great when we had practices for events at their house. A genuinely wonderful group of girls.

Obviously an interests based sorority. If you aren't interested in agriculture, this probably isn't the best fit for you. But the women are amazing and the sisterhood is the fantastic.
