Definitely have areas of their chapter that need improvement, but has some nice girls. I would take a look at the comments if I was in this chapter. I know one ranking said that a lot of the reviews were to make others top house, but when I looked through, I saw a lot of former members who didn't enjoy the process of being there. The rankings were full paragraphs detailing their experiences. Look at it like an exit survey at a job and make improvements, because what you're doing now doesn't work

I've known the women of ΔΔΔ for about 3 years now. I've always been impressed by their commitment to their philanthropy and the quality of their sisterhood. It's a wonderful group of women who are worth getting to know!
