The way they operate is like how bad sororities in movies are portrayed. Always partying, super snobby, worried about their "look" and not their members, and care nothing about sisterhood. I know too many people who have dropped to ever think joining zeta is a beneficial option.

Their philanthropy is awesome, but they need to seriously improve their sisterhood. It's very disconnected. There isn't closeness as a whole. Individuals are close to individuals, but they really don't know their sisters. There is also a weird vibe of unnecessary and unfounded superiority. You're not better than anyone else, so please stop talking like you are.
