I know multiple people that dropped this year. They have decent retention before initiation, but so many leave because it isn't worth it

Just wish I could have an authentic conversation with any of them. It's all fake when it comes time for recruitment and talking to people, but when the real sisterhood comes through, it's so disjointed. They don't really know each other very well

I actually went GPhi during the Fall 2016 recruitment. I loved it at first until the girls stopped being so nice and friendly to all the new girls. It was like the current members felt like they were so superior to everyone else. Those girls are what you would think of when you think of stereotypical sorority girls. They are mean and fake. I dropped about a month in and I know a lot of other girls who did too because it was so awful.

Every single girl I have met from theta is so sweet and nice! I wish that I would have joined Theta!

I think people need to give this sorority more credit. They started just a few years ago. I have met a few Thetas that we're not the best, but a huge majority I do know are so sweet and genuine and smart amazing women. Every sorority is going to have good and bad eggs. I think anyone would be lucky to be in this organization or any on campus

Talked to them today outside the LSC with all the booths. They were kind of rude to me. They asked me what I was involved with, so I answered. When I asked if any of them were involved in anything else on campus, they weren't. Which scares me since I don't want to give up any of my other activities for a sorority. But they just seemed like they stuck to a script. Like it was all fake.
