I know Alpha Phi dropped the ball with this year's PC, but I don't think they dropped 3 spots. I think they are even with theta. Also; I'm surprised no one is taking about AXO dropping th ball? I didn't think their PC was very good, and DZ's was, making them at least even. This is how I see the top tier:

Aphi, this is a gift after this year. You better pick it up next year. DG was lucky that the catholic school cliques that they pledged were better looking than their normal crew. Everything else is close to good and I don't think zetas pledge class was anything to write home about

Agreed. Only reason DG is second is because APhi dropped the ball and Theta didn't improve or drop.

I think zetas pc is better than their one last year and since kappa had that mix up during recruitment, I'd say zeta is above kappa now.
