This rumor goes around every year and it's never true. One year it was Chi O, another it was AXO, and trust me, it doesn't happen. It's just spread by girls who are in denial that they were actually cut from houses they liked.

They didn't cut all of them but one of their invite lists accidentally did get cut because their recruitment chair is cute but incompetent.
