pi phi cut more than 50% of girls after the first round, but there will be another round of pretty big cuts after the second round

'False' that is not accurate, it's all decided based on return rates not by a percentage Panhellenic gives. Pi phi probably cut a good amount, I know other top tiers cut 60-70%
