do most sororities make the biggest cuts first or wait until the end to drop a lot of girls

depends. usually the biggest cuts happen in the next two rounds. the first round most sororities are much more lenient because they automatically have to bring back x number of girls. but after second and third round is when the top sororities, and many middle as well, make HUGE cuts.
