legacy question

So my mom went to Miami and was in a sorority here. Does the fact that I have legacy and she actually went here help me out at all?

Sure it does. It gets you a solid look but is by no means a guarantee at all. Some chapters look at legacy's as really important others not so much. Just depends.

For the most part it gets you an automatic second round invite and if you make it to pref most sororities put you on the first bid list. But there are sororities that could almost fill or over fill with legacies.

It depends on the sorority. Some of them put a ton of stock into their legacies, others will cut them with no problem

Which ones? That's awesome news! I was told it would only get me a good look, but after one or two rounds I was in my own! Which sororities here actually place a high value on legacy status?
