Having someone from pahel in your rounds means that they are watching you.
Also. Don't listen to their return rates they were called out for leading girls on to buck up their return rates. That's the way to start a sisterhood!!

a phi you KNOW you're breaking rules; you do it every year. you aren't supposed to do any sort of skit but you do anyway.....

so many sororities have been getting fined for really dumb things, yet alpha phi has yet to be called out for the skit they have done and this has happened two years in a row.
