It means the sororities that are hardest to get into are the ones that have the highest return rates so they get to cut the most girls during rush and pick and choose exactly what girls they want. APhi, PiPhi, and Theta are the hardest to get into. They look for girls who are very well spoken, outgoing, present themselves well, are attractive, and overall have cool personalities. Having good grades and a lot of involvement definitely helps some.
