recruitment schedule

Sorry if this is a dumb question but i am a transfer so I don't have anyone to ask. Since there are 2 welcome rounds and sisterhood rounds, do you go to both all day? Like for philanthropy round 8:15am-11pm is a long day, just wondering if you are going to parties all day or that's just the time when they take place.
