do sorirties go through social media accounts?

I can't speak for all the sororities, but mine and my friends go through most social media pages for PNMs if we're interested in you. Usually Facebook or insta. Basically looking for if you look weird/awk or if you have friends bc it helps us narrow down who we want because there are just so many of you. We're looking to see if you appear cute, fun, normal, and if it looks like you have money.

ditto what they said. Nobody obviously has the time or will to go through all of everyone's social media accounts but if someone's interested in you they might look you up on Facebook or insta to get a better idea of you besides what they learn in your short conversation during rounds
